Tulip Garden

Garden, which is located in the entrance section of the residence, is decorated with festoons, mosaic ground is arranged with Byzantine rubbing bricks, furnished with tulip figure, which is one of the Ottoman symbols. This garden, in which General Cemal parks his phaeton at that time, shows the identity of the residence with a nice view from outside.

Winter Garden

Winter garden is located in the back part of the residence, shadowed with two buildings, and it has floor heating and it serves as breakfast hall and cafe-snack bar during the daytime.
